Singer Lizzo is sued for an alleged hostile work environment and harassment by former dancers. Grammy-award winning singer Lizzo is being sued by three of her former dancers for alleged harassment and creating a hostile work environment. The complaint was filed Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court against Lizzo, whose legal name is Melissa Viviane Jefferson, as well as her production company Big Grrrl Big Touring, Inc. (BGBT). Shirlene Quigley, captain of Lizzo's dance team, is also named in the complaint. Dancers Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams and Noelle Rodriguez allege "sexual, religious and racial harassment, disability discrimination, assault and false imprisonment," according to the press release about the lawsuit from the plaintiffs' attorney Ron Zambrano. A suspect who allegedly professed neo-Nazi ideologies online was arrested after federal investigators allege he planned a mass shooting. A Michigan suspect who authorities say expressed explicit neo-Nazi and antisemitic ideologies online was arrested Friday by the FBI who alleged he stockpiled weapons and was planning a mass shooting. The United States Attorney's Office for the Western District of Michigan charged Seann Pietila, 19, of Pickford, Michigan with transmitting a communication containing a threat to injure another. Investigators allege the suspect had communicated with another user on Instagram where they expressed strong views against the Jewish population, support for neo-Nazis and idolization of previous mass shooters, according to the criminal complaint.
